Terms of Service
These Terms govern use of the AnimaxionX Daily Pipeline desktop application. The application is an internal creator tool operated for the AnimaxionX brand.
Permitted use
The application may be used to create, review, and publish original AnimaxionX content through supported services. The user must follow applicable laws, copyright requirements, community guidelines, and each connected platform's terms.
Account authorization
Connections to TikTok and other platforms use those platforms' official authorization processes. The user is responsible for selecting the correct account, reviewing requested permissions, and controlling publishing choices.
Content responsibility
The user remains responsible for all uploaded videos, captions, metadata, source permissions, disclosures, and audience settings. The application does not grant rights to third-party content.
Availability
Features may change or become unavailable due to network conditions, platform API changes, authorization status, service limits, or account restrictions. No uninterrupted availability is guaranteed.
Disconnecting access
The user may stop using the application, remove locally stored credentials, or revoke platform access through the connected platform's settings.
Disclaimer and limitation
The application is provided as available without warranties to the extent permitted by law. AnimaxionX is not responsible for indirect losses arising from platform outages, moderation decisions, account restrictions, or unauthorized use of the user's computer or credentials.
